Pro bono Roundtable on IPR regulations for NGOs and Social Enterprises in India
A pro bono roundtable was organized by TrustLaw, TRF and RNA IP and Attorneys in collaboration with India Cares Foundation to discuss IPR regulations for NGOs and Social Enterprises in India on November 19, 2019 in Gurgaon.
A number of NGO’s and SE’s attended the roundtable for a knowledgeable session on IP, especially tailored to take up issues for start ups and NGO’s. Our Partner, Rachna Bakhru gave the presentation on IPR Regulations and requirements for NGO’s and SE’s with case studies relevant for the attendees focusing on NGO’s and educational institutes and how they can tap their IP. The roundtable was followed by an interesting Q&A session wherein several points regarding the relevance and importance of IP in the startups were discussed.
