In his address, he highlighted the critical importance of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) for startups navigating today’s competitive business landscape. Drawing from his expertise, he explained how safeguarding ideas through patents, trademarks, copyrights, and designs could help startups secure a competitive edge, attract investment, and establish their market presence. He broke down complex IP concepts into practical, actionable insights, equipping entrepreneurs with the knowledge to identify protectable assets within their ventures. He also shared strategies on how startups can integrate IP into their business models to enhance valuation, foster innovation, and mitigate risks from potential infringement.
