Eeshani Sharma

Eeshani is a Managing Associate at RNA, Technology and IP Attorneys and works on the dispute resolution side of RNA’s IP practice dealing on a wide range of IP issues including various contentious, non-contentious IP enforcement in India and the Indian subcontinent. With more than 12 years of intellectual property practice, she specializes in advising clients and managing trademark portfolios for client’s across various sectors ranging from information technology, pharmaceuticals, sports and luxury clothing brands, MNC’s as well as start-ups.

She also has extensive experience in handling Trademark opposition, rectification/cancellation actions, tradename complaints before the Registrar of Companies. She also specializes in brand clearance, IP protection, pre-litigation mediation, enforcement action, infringement proceedings, online infringement & counterfeits, issues involving misleading/false advertising practices in India, trade dress, and domain name disputes which enables her to provide comprehensive and well-rounded advice to her clients. She regularly appears before forums such as the Indian Trade Marks Registry and the Registrar of Companies. She has successfully handled domain name disputes matters before the .IN Registry.

1. Eeshani regularly writes articles and newsletters on wide range of IP topics for leading IP magazines and publications such as Lexology, Managing IP, WTR and others.
2. She is an active member of the APAA (Asian Patent Attorneys Association) conference and actively participates every year alongwith other key IP conferences in India and worldwide.
3. She is also an active speaker representing the INTA Unreal Campaigns in schools and colleges.
