Ms. Rachna Bakhru – Attended a panel discussion organised by the Asian International Arbitration Centre. The Webinar was based on the recent development of technology in sports and the potential regulatory issues in relation to the virtual spaces and the sale of non-fungible tokens. The Webinar was also based on the rising concerns as to the arbitrability of sports tech disputes as well as the relevance of technology in the conduct of sports arbitration.
