Kapitaas in collaboration with RNA, Technology and IP Attorneys as knowledge partners had organized a session on June 23, 2021, regarding IPR scenario in India and its protection along with the digital scenario. Two of our Partners, Mr. Ranjan Narula and Mr. Rajiv Suri gave an insight to the participants on the relevant IPR scenario and the protection under relevant laws including discussing the safe harbour provisions for intermediaries under the Information Technology Act.
