RNA, Technology and IP Attorneys is proud to have been a part of an engaging session organized by the Centre for Innovation, Intellectual Property and Competition (CIIPC) – IPR Chair, NLU Delhi, under the aegis of IQAC.

Our colleagues, Adv. Girish Bhatia and Adv. Sonu Kapoor, led an insightful discussion on “Enforcement of IP and the INTA Unreal Campaign”. The session addressed critical challenges in IP enforcement, the risks counterfeit products pose to consumers, and their broader impact on health, safety, and local economies.

The interactive session resonated with the audience, sparking meaningful discussions on the role of IP protection in safeguarding innovation and consumer rights.
