Rajiv Suri, Partner and Ajay Kumar, Managing Associate attended 2018 Asia-Pacific Conference “Looking Beyond Trademarks” held in Australia. The conference was attended by representatives and attendees from several international law firms and corporate houses which had commercial interest in the region.

Many intriguing topics like ‘Balancing IP Rights and Regulatory Restrictions’, ‘Advertising and Data Privacy’, ‘Indigenous Intellectual Property: Protection from appropriation and Vehicle for economic change’, ‘Play Ball: Ambush marketing in the world of Sport’, ‘Anti counterfeiting: Defense strategies and Tools’ were discussed. The conference had several interactive sessions which were useful and informative both in presentation and content.
