Ms. Shabnam Khan delivered a presentation to law students and faculty members of National Law University, Jodhpur on September 23, 2023, as part of a 2-day workshop on Intellectual Property organised by the University in collaboration with RNA and Novartis. The presentation covered the process of trademark filing and prosecution in India. The topic covered the process of filing an application for registration of a trademark and the entire life cycle of trademark prosecution and tips to overcome the objections from the Trademarks office, trademarks in metaverse, motion and 3 dimensional trademarks and how to obtain well known mark status in India. The session lasted for around 2 hours including the presentation and the Q&A session and was well received by the students and the faculty members.
