Professional Qualification
Shashi P Ojha is an Associate Partner (Litigation) with RNA, Technology and IP Attorneys. He is a graduate (History Hons) from University of Delhi. He graduated with Bachelor of Laws degree from Campus Law Centre, University of Delhi in the year 2006. He is enrolled as an Advocate member with Bar Council of Delhi and Delhi High Court Bar Association. He has 17 years of experience handling various IP litigations and has handled enforcement actions involving complex IP issues. He has been closely associated with significant IP contentious matters and joined RNA in 2017.
Practice focus
He is currently working in the Litigation Department of RNA dealing with non-contentious and contentious IP matters and enforcement actions. He advises clients on a wide range of IP matters such as enforcement action, infringement proceedings, online infringement and counterfeits, domain name disputes, negotiating settlement with infringers. He appears before Delhi High Court and District Courts etc.

Shashi is a member of the Bar Council of Delhi since 2006 and Delhi High Court Bar Association since 2010.
