Practice focus
Daleep is a Associate Partner with RNA, Technology and IP Attorneys. Having joined RNA in 2007, he has over 12 years of experience in contentious and non-contentious IP matters. He advises a number of Fortune 500 companies on brand clearance, IP management and enforcement strategies. He regularly appears and argues cases before various judicial forums, including the Trademarks Registry, the IP Appellate Board and the courts.
Daleep also contributes to RNA editorial section by writing articles and alerts on various IP judgements/news and developments in law and practice.
