Rachna Bakhru, Partner chaired the session Trade Mark Litigation trends & Case studies on Domain Name Dispute. It was an interactive session with the panelists from India, UAE and Saudi Arabia. I enjoyed moderating an interesting topic with Vanessa Delnaud, Gowling, UAE, Nevin Jacob Koshy, United Trademark & Patent Services, UAE, Rajeshwari Hariharan, Rajeshwari & Associates and Rajan Ailhavadi, CIP Legit on trademark protection across online, B2B and high street markets and litigation trends.
